I began cooking one day after being frustrated at the money I was spending on fast food. To my surprise and after creating a disaster called "Blacken Chicken Salmon", I was up and cooking in no time! So to that end I am not a Chef' I am Just The Cook.
About 10 years later I started Just The Cook in our kitchen in Germantown TN. A simple and fun LIVE cooking show on USTREAM. My wife and I would film almost everything we cooked and share that with all who wanted to watch. Then we had baby Gianna and our schedule changed!
So after 15 years of cooking I started a Food
Boat in Panama City Florida, called, "Just The Cook"! Just because of my love for food and my desire to share it with
other people. For me there’s nothing better.
We have many sayings at the boat,
“Every customer is
our first customer”
“Friends don’t let friends eat fast food”
“En La Mano” (in the hand)
“Fresh First”
and my favorite…
‘We make great food,
not fast food”
